國內武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）疫情嚴峻，中央公布新北市累計死亡246例。新北市長侯友宜今
天宣布，將運用新北市好日子愛心大平台的防疫基金，針對因染疫確診往生者的市民家屬發放10萬元慰問金，
並提供家屬心理諮商輔導，以求逝者安息、生者安心。
侯友宜今天下午主持防疫會議表示，疫情來得又急又猛，造成許多市民不幸染疫往生，市府雖然致力防疫工作，
但看著一個個活生生的生命消逝，內心無比傷痛。他上週曾前往三峽火葬場，望著罹難者家屬捧著來不及刻上長
輩名字的骨灰罈，感到相當自責，「每一個往生者都是我的長輩、我的市民啊！」
侯友宜表示，經與市府團隊研商，決定由社會局主動關懷每位因染疫確診往生者的市民家屬，並致上10萬元慰問
金，如有家屬因驟失親人無法走出悲痛時，將媒合心理諮商師進場提供諮商輔導，協助家屬早日走出傷痛。
社會局長張錦麗表示，有關染疫確診往生的市民慰問金，將依衛生福利部疾病管制署認定為因感染嚴重特殊傳染
性肺炎疾病（COVID-19）往生列冊者並設籍新北市，社會局會依據名冊主動電話關懷致上慰問金，並設有服務專
線02-8965-0419，提供市民家屬諮詢服務。
另外，新北市好日子愛心大平台防疫基金累計3億8384萬餘元，今天新增捐款單位包括隆福行股份有限公司、興
富發建設股份有限公司、宗瑋工業股份有限公司各捐贈100萬元，蔡○嬌捐30萬元，永劦開發有限公司捐10萬元
等。
